we were sorry to hear of this bug (which can happen when we make a new release available, and is a result of renaming the skype file and the folder to V9 i think)
If you exit the program and then restart it, and attempt to delete a record/records, you will still get the “Filemaker Skype Advanced Demo.fp7 could not be opened (Not Found) error message.
but, If you then navigate to the CrystalSolutions V9 folder, you can choose "Skype Advanced.USR" which is the required file. You will then be able to delete the required files.
thx for bringing this to our attention; we are currently working on the next version (which has the ability to customise many of the title fields on pages 1 & 2 of the patient records) and will try and ensure this error does not happen.
the skype components are not crucial and we originally introduced them to allow for complete interaction, (ie when a patient's record was deleted, so too is their corresponding skype entry.
In light of this problem, we may consider removing this in future versions.
