The software was very good I thought but just not quite what we were looking for - we needed a day-to-day appointment system.  In particular the ability to have different practitioners working to different appointment durations, and software which prevented double bookings was quite important for us.  Having said that, if I was a sole practitioner more interested in clinical audit and admin functions I think I would have gone with crystal solutions.

I will look into setting up different appointment durations for different practitioners in a future release.

In the meantime if you don't find anything suitable and affordable, you can set a shorter "default treatment time duration" eg 10 minutes, which would be available for each practitioner or room, and then alot  3 blocks for a half hour appointment for the practitioner with a half hour list, 2 blocks for each appointment for the practitioner with a 20 min list etc

a bit messy maybe
