I have set up 3 "users" including the default "User"
when I put in an appointment it only appears in the Daily Schedules list if I use the default "User"
How do I get the other users appointments to work in this fashion  ??

to change user..
in schedules (purple gem at top from front page 1)
bottom right choose the user you want from the dropdown list and click the "Refresh button below"

thanks for your reply.

I have set up 3 users & can change between them in the manner you indicated.

My issue is more that,

the only time the appointment shows up in the daily hour-by-hour version of the schedule is when I use the default "user"

if I use either of the other two users I have set up (Paul & Carole) then the appointment does not appear in the daily hour-by-hour schedule view ??

hi there

sry it's late here and i'll look again in the morning but if i get your drift - not all the different 'room-user' appointments show on the 1 schedule.

only the appointments made for a particular room/user in that user's schedule, show up when that schedule is chosen

so if you have a room/clinic  shared by 2 practitioners, then you must choose one room/user title for both their schedules to show on the same schedule, or one user each.

to have 2 or more users show separately within one schedule , room or clinic do this.......
ie
if you want paul and carole's  appointments (i assume they're practitioners not patients) to appear on the one schedule then you must book in their appointments to the same user eg room/user=paul-carole or as in this example below - user



 

you can differentiate the appointments as above by editing the "instruction" list in the appointment panel - choose 'edit' at bottom of list as in example below



 

remember too there is a 'week view' available from the month view schedules accessed by the little arrows on the right of the monthly schedules


 

and remember that only high priority entries show on monthly schedules (in the above on tues 6 -- rent)
