Oaklea Trust have been awarded the contract for providing Short Breaks in Furness, South Lakes and Eden.
i have just received this
"Information from Oak Lea Trust who have received money to provide activities and a sitting service
attached is Oak Lea trust referral form and membership form (for the clubs).
They can take referrals from professional or parents can self refer for:
· Sitting Service (community Support) for children aged 0-8 (up to 4 hours per week)
· Activities / clubs / holidays etc for children aged 8-13
· Activities / clubs / holidays etc for children aged 14-19
Can someone post some info re -- "does one fill in the forms so that you can be notified of particular events? etc"
please post any other info about how this works etc thx
