AT&T, Yahoo and Hotmail Email Issues

It has been brought to our attention that there are instances when users of AT&T email including SBCGlobal.net accounts, Yahoo email, ant Hotmail email cannot receive mail from soul-trade.com email users.  There is a simple solution to this that needs to be implemented by the recipient of our emails.
   1.   This is for AT&T, SBCGlobal, Yahoo, and Hotmail accounts.  Log onto the web version of your email account.  You cannot make the necessary change through Outlook, Outlook Express, or other PC based email solution, you must logon via the Internet.  Even if you have never logged onto your email account via the Internet before, you will need to do it this time.
   2.   Check your bulk folder for mail from http://www.soul-trade.com
   3.   Change the settings to allow email from soul-trade.com
   4.   When you use your PC based email software, you will now be able to receive mail from our users.

we are having issues delivering messages to hotmail addresses so if you are trying to register with a hotmail address, you won't receive an activation email, and we recommend you use another email to register -- sry about this - our ISP is in contact with MS but i fear a solution may be some time -- thx

Events - (county wide) / Furness Skiing 2nd September
Last post by jol - August 11, 2010, 06:54:02 PM
Dear all,

We are planning a really exciting trip that you / your child may be interested in.....

We have been offered the opportunity with Disability Snowsport UK and the Chill Factore in Manchester to have a skiing lesson on real snow!!

Instructors are from Disability Snowsport and there is a bi-ski for children in wheelchairs.  The cost for this is minimal thanks to the Chill Factore – just £6!

I am sorry for the short notice on this trip – however, we thought this would be an opportunity not to miss.

·         31st August EAST

·         2nd September FURNESS

There are limited spaces, so we will have to allocate on a first come first served basis.  Please take a look at the attached flyer for further information.

There will be additional information to fill out if you are offered a space – this is information requested by the venue as additional safety checks.

Please let me know by Thursday 19th August if you would like a place so we can arrange the correct travel.

If you have any further queries, please give me a ring.

If you would like to take a look at the venue......  <http://www.chillfactore.com/>www.chillfactore.com

Subject: Autism Research Info and Recruitment

Hi,

I'm a research assistant for Dr Sara Ryan at the University of Oxford in the Health Experiences Research Group. Three years ago Sara worked on a study funded by the Wellcome Trust exploring the experiences of people diagnosed with autism and parents of children/adults with autism. The findings were published at;

http://www.healthtalkonline.org/disability/LifeontheAutismspectrumAdults

http://www.healthtalkonline.org/disability/LifeontheAutismspectrum_Parents

The Department of Health have funded us to extend these two projects to create a larger, more comprehensive resource including the experiences of more people with autism (aged 16+), siblings (aged 16+) and grandparents.  We would like to include the experiences of people at the more severe end of the spectrum too.

This work is part of the Department of Health's work coming out of the Autism Strategy and will be completed in March 2011. I wondered if you would be able to distribute details about the study to your members. The project is covered by MREC approval and I will be recruiting participants until the end of November 2010. For further details please contact Sara by phone on 01865 289374 or e-mail sara.ryan@dphpc.ox.ac.uk

With best wishes,
Abi
