"Record 4u database Record 4u is a database that holds details about children and young people with disabilities and additional needs in Cumbria. The database is used to: • produce anonymous statistics to help the local authority plan services; • identify any specific clusters of disabilities or special educational needs within a particular area; • send out the 4us newsletter; • send families specific information based on their needs, including local groups, activities and support.
