the basic gist of Audit is that it is very very difficult (if not impossible time wise) to achieve using paper case notes alone.
we have developed a program over the last 10 years that allows for quick input of salient facts in the evening of a working day (5 mins top) which builds into a meaningful database of patients that can be used for Audit grouping/ analysis. It also is a Practice management system and as such can then be used for mass mail (both email and letter)
Our program is cheap – free for 50 records then £68 to register, but this is only achieved at the cost of the user having to follow the tutorials themselves… we have had practitioners request a training day so here we go!!
this low cost also means we have few funds for advertising so at every opportunity i tell members of the profession about it!!
