the FAQ & self-support forum for registered licensed users now here + input and response from us here too

 We'll be adding more to the forum as the software gets used and we gather more feedback — it may be a little sparse for now, but the built-in help file is pretty comprehensive in the meantime.

We're semi-retired now with quite a few other responsibilities, so this isn't a full-time commercial concern — which is reflected in the low purchase price and the self-install nature of the software. That said, we're keen to keep it up to date and supported as best we can (as we have for >20 yrs with previous versions), and we're always happy to hear from you.
